大昌微线集团(00567.HK) 宣布，其全资附属Digital Mind与香港清算公司各自认购合营企业Noricap Fund G. P. Ltd.的2万及3万股，各出资2万与3万美元，占合营企业全部已发行股本的40%与60%。完成后，合营企业的财务业绩将不会并入集团的财务报表，但将担任特殊目的基金的普通合伙人。
