若加密货币符合标准，发行人可跳过 19b-4 流程直接提交 S-1 文件，等待 75 天交易平台即可将其上线。这种方式可以节省发行人和 SEC 大量的文书工作和反复征求意见的时间。加密货币 ETF 通用上市标准具体规则尚未明确，市场猜测市值、交易量和流动性都在考虑之中。
