Origin Investment Corp I (ORIQ) said late Tuesday it has priced an initial public offering of 6 million units at $10 per unit, with each unit consisting of one share and one-half of a warrant.
Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase a share at a price of $11.50 per share after the completion of an initial business combination, the blank-check company said.
The units are expected to begin Nasdaq trading Wednesday under the ticker symbol "ORIQU," and the offering is expected to close Thursday.
The shares and the warrants are expected to trade on Nasdaq under the symbols "ORIQ" and "ORIQW," respectively, the company said.
The company also granted underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to 900,000 additional units.
