蓝鲸新闻7月2日讯，近日，国家金融监督管理总局宁波监管分局发布了罚单，剑指中国平安财产保险股份有限公司宁波分公司及其相关责任人。
罚单显示，中国平安财产保险股份有限公司宁波分公司的主要违法违规事实（案由）为：虚构保险中介业务套取费用、财务业务数据不真实、给予投保人合同以外的利益、承保异地责任险业务。
方源时任宁波分公司副总经理，对公司虚构中介业务套取费用、财务业务数据不真实、给予投保人合同以外的利益事项负有责任。
章莉萍时任宁波分公司副总经理，对公司虚构中介业务套取费用、财务业务数据不真实、承保异地责任险业务事项负有责任。
针对上述违法违规行为，国家金融监督管理总局宁波监管分局对平安财险宁波分公司警告并处罚款80万元；对方源警告并处罚款14万元；对章莉萍警告并处罚款8万元。
