中访网数据  联合资信评估股份有限公司于2025年6月27日发布最新评级报告，将长江证券股份有限公司发行的"23长江C1""23长江Y1""24长江Y1""25长江Y1"四只债券的信用等级由AA+调升至AAA，维持评级展望为稳定。此次评级调整基于对长江证券资本实力、经营业绩、业务发展和股权结构的综合评估。

此前，联合资信在2024年6月19日对前三只债券维持AA+评级，2024年12月30日对"25长江Y1"首次评定为AA+。最新评级报告显示，长江证券整体经营正常，财务状况稳健，评级上调将对公司未来发展产生积极影响。

中信建投证券作为上述债券的受托管理人表示，将持续关注发行人的偿债能力及其他重大事项，切实履行受托管理职责。此次评级上调预计不会对长江证券的生产经营和偿债能力造成不利影响，反而有助于提升其市场信誉和融资能力。投资者需注意，债券投资仍存在风险，应结合自身情况独立判断。
