智通财经APP讯，中国新城镇(01278)发布公告，截至2025年6月30日，扣除风险项目的减值准备后，本公司固定收益类项目投资组合总额约为人民币32.37亿元。剔除风险项目，其他项目按照合约取得税前年化保证投资收益约为人民币2.26亿元，对应的平均年化税前投资回报率约7.0%。
与本公司2025年3月31日的投资组合相比，本集团于第二季度内新增投资项目溧阳经开区空气动力研究院项目及温州市鹿城区固定收益项目。退出江苏泰州姜堰区新基建产业园项目人民币2.8亿元，并已获得全部本金及相关保证投资收益。
未来本公司将继续就城镇化固定收益类投资的进展以自愿性公告的形式每季度持续向各位股东作出更新。
