　　7月2日金融一线消息，蓝思科技发布公告称，公司收到中信银行长沙分行出具的《贷款承诺函》，将为公司提供不超过9亿元的贷款，专项用于支持公司回购股票。根据此前董事会审议通过的方案，公司计划使用5亿至10亿元资金，通过集中竞价交易方式回购部分A股股份，用于员工持股计划或股权激励计划。回购价格上限为34.6元/股，预计回购股份数量约占公司总股本的0.29%至0.58%。公司将根据市场情况在回购期限内完成计划，并履行信息披露义务。
