智通财经APP讯，万咖壹联(01762)公布，基于对公司未来前景及长远投资价值的坚定信心，并考虑到集团的财务状况、营运表现及未来业务策略，董事会拟行使购回授权所授予的权力，根据市况不时于公开市场购回股份，购回总金额上限为2亿港元。暂定购回的期限直至届满日期，除非暂定购回的总金额达到上述最高金额或董事会决定终止暂定购回计划。购回的股份将注销或作为库存股份持有。
