7月4日金融一线消息，国家金融监督管理总局宜昌监管分局行政处罚信息公开表显示，中国邮政储蓄银行股份有限公司宜昌市分行因内控管理不到位被罚款40万元。相关责任人蔺娜被禁止终身从事银行业工作，邹学行、曹海梅、宗友琴、丛玉莹、谭丽、罗袁、张斐斐、刘安琪、程谱珅、胡迎新、韩伟等责任人员被警告。
