阳光诺和公告，公司与上海乐旷惠霖医药科技有限公司就共同开发STC007注射液项目签署《技术开发（合作）合同》，合同里程碑付款累计总金额为2亿元（含税）。该合作旨在加快STC007注射液的商业化进程，为临床需求提供更多治疗选择。STC007注射液主要用于治疗腹部手术后的中、重度疼痛，目前处于III期临床试验阶段。合同的履行预计将对公司当期及未来经营业绩产生积极影响，但也存在研究开发失败或部分失败的风险。
