BlockBeats 消息，7 月 3 日，据 The Block 报道，纽约 Pomerantz 律师事务所近日对 Michael Saylor 领导的 Strategy 公司（原 MicroStrategy）提起集体诉讼，指控该公司就其比特币投资策略的盈利性做出虚假和误导性陈述，违反联邦证券法。这起在弗吉尼亚东区法院提起的诉讼，代表 2024 年 4 月 30 日至 2025 年 4 月 4 日期间的 Strategy 投资者。其他投资者可在 7 月 15 日前加入该集体诉讼。
诉讼指控要点包括，Strategy 夸大了其比特币投资策略和资金管理业务的盈利能力，淡化了比特币的波动性风险，且未能充分披露采用新会计准则（ASU 2023-08）对财务报表的影响。具体而言，2025 年第一季度因采用新准则，Strategy 报告了 59 亿美元的数字资产未实现亏损，导致股价当时下跌超 8%。Pomerantz 指控该公司只强调比特币收益，却隐瞒公允价值计量下可能出现的重大损失。
