Mulsanne Group Holding Ltd. announced changes in its board composition effective 30 June 2025. Mr. YANG Herong resigned as a non-executive Director and member of the remuneration committee. Mr. CHEN Yeliang has been appointed as a non-executive Director and member of the remuneration committee, while Ms. XU Yanyun joins the nomination committee.
