智通财经APP讯，权识国际(00381)公布，于2025年7月4日，该公司拟向林烽先生全资拥有的Sheen World International Holdings Limited发行约1.578亿股认购股份，认购价为每股认购股份0.4309港元，较股份于认购协议日期在联交所所报收市价每股0.485港元折让约11.15 %。
认购人根据认购协议应付的认购金额约为6800万港元，将透过以下方式支付：(i)将公司应付认购人的第二批湖北可换股债券本金额3400万港元抵销;及(ii)公司提早赎回第三批湖北可换股债券，届时公司将就第三批湖北可换股债券应付认购人的赎回款项本金额3400万港元从认购人应付的认购款项中抵销。
