博实股份公告，近日与中国石油天然气股份有限公司广西石化分公司签订了“固体产品包装线运维业务外包服务合同”，合同金额暂定为人民币1.09亿元。合同约定的服务期限为3年，每年合同额约为3638.27万元。该合同占公司2024年度营业收入的1.18%，占公司2024年度工业服务营业收入的4.39%。预计在本合同履约期间，约定的工业服务内容对公司业绩有积极影响。
