消息面上，据时代财经报道，从北海康成获悉，其戈谢病一类创新药“戈芮宁”开出首张处方，今日首位患者已在新华医院接受治疗。今年5月13日，该药物在中国获批上市，用于12岁及以上青少年和成人I型和Ⅲ型戈谢病患者长期酶替代治疗。就是否参与今年国家医保谈判，北海康成表示正在积极准备。
北海康成创始人、董事长兼首席执行官薛群博士此前在媒体沟通会上表示，虽然还不能透露具体定价，但可以承诺戈芮宁的上市定价会有大幅下降，对比同类的现有疗法，预计降价至少在 50% 以上。因此，凭借在价格、医保覆盖、患者服务等方面具有一定的潜在优势，维拉苷酶 β 有望通过提高药物的可及性，让更多患者受益。
