51信用卡(2051.HK)公布，旗下附属杭州瓦啦网络科技及浙江瓦啦智能科技，与重庆瑞驰汽车订立《宿营车开发协议》，共同研发Vala汽车的合作车型。 根据协议，各方将以瑞驰汽车现有车型为原型车进行整车定制开发，就产品开发、零部件开发、生产线调试、产品性能试验、可靠性试验等方面进行合作，联合研发、生产符合国家法规及标准的纯电动宿营车。该开发车型将使用“Vala”英文及图形商标，商标使用包括但不限于车身标识、品牌广宣、市场营销等。瓦啦科技及其授权方拥有开发车型的独家销售权。 51信用卡指出，Vala汽车是该集团于2024年推出的国内首款原厂升顶式新能源多功能车。公司认为，通过与瑞驰汽车开展合作共同研发新能源宿营车，集团能够借监赛力斯集团、赣锋锂业等新能源汽车行业领先企业的先进经验，将有助于提升该公司Vala汽车业务的创新能力及产品竞争力，并进一步深化集团在汽车行业的战略布局。
