新浪科技讯 7月3日晚间消息，今日在社交媒体上，有消息称，“内部消息称，小红书马上要被阿里收购了。”对此，新浪科技向阿里巴巴和小红书双方进行求证，小红书方面表示，”以上信息为谣言。”阿里方面截止发稿未回应。

　　早在2019年，就出现了针对阿里将收购小红书，且阿里系HRG已经进驻该公司的相关传言。对此，小红书高管曾公开表示，“是造谣，已发函至谣言的源头，将追责到底。”

　　公开信息显示，从2013年创立至今，小红书一共获得7轮融资，其历轮投资者包括腾讯、阿里巴巴、天图投资、真格基金和中信资本等，累计融资额超9亿美元。

　　近日，据外媒披露，金沙江创投一份标注为今年3月的内部文件显示，小红书估值已跃升至260亿美元，较2023年底的170亿美元增长超50%，并超过其2021年创下的200亿美元历史峰值。（闫妍）
