近日，有媒体报道称，一位理想L8 Pro车主表示，其理想汽车App账号莫名被一个陌生手机号码改绑，车控权限与账户财产一并被“盗取”，车子被迫回到“待激活”状态。

对此，理想汽车方面回应《每日经济新闻》记者称：“经核实，账号并未被盗，不存在用户信息泄露，信息安全一直是我们的安全红线。相关用户遇到的情况，实际是由用户认证系统出现问题导致账号绑定异常所致。我们已紧急修复并优化了认证登录系统，后续将避免此类问题发生。该问题属于极个别问题，工作人员已向用户进行了解释，也获得了用户的认可。”
