Oragenics Closes $16.5 Million Offering of Preferred Stock, Warrants

Oragenics (OGEN) said Wednesday that it closed its $16.5 million public offering of series H convertible preferred stock and warrants.

The offering includes 660,000 shares of series H convertible preferred stock along with warrants to buy up to an equal number of series H convertible stock, according to the company.

Oragenics sold each unit, consisting of one preferred share and one warrant, at $25 a piece.

Each warrant can be exercised at $25 per share and expires after five years, the company added.
