The facility is fully leased to Exclusive Trim, Inc. and Marc Refrigeration. JLL represented the sellers, a venture between Barings Real Estate and Arkadia Property Group. The sale highlights the appeal of Class A industrial assets in a supply-constrained market, with Broward County noted for its low vacancy rates and strong rent growth. The logistics center is strategically located near major highways, offering significant last-mile logistics capabilities.
