Canadian National Railway to Invest $110 Million in Wisconsin Infrastructure

Canadian National Railway (CNI) said Wednesday it plans to invest about $110 million in Wisconsin as part of its 2025 capital investment program.

The investment will support track maintenance, technology upgrades, and infrastructure improvements aimed at enhancing safety, capacity, and long-term network efficiency. The company said the projects are expected to improve freight movement through Chicago and across its North American network.

Shares of Canadian National Railway were up nearly 1% in recent trading.
