Charter Hall Group (ASX:CHC) acquired the Chullora Marketplace in Sydney and the Waverley Gardens Shopping Centre in Melbourne for over AU$300 million, The Australian reported Thursday, citing a confidential information memorandum for the sale process.
The company purchased the Chullora Marketplace for around AU$145 million from Henroth and features a rare triple-anchor tenancy with Coles (ASX:COL), Woolworths (ASX:WOW), and Aldi, plus approval for future mixed-use development, the report said.
Charter Hall Group did not immediately respond to a request for comment by MT Newswires.
