2025年6月30日，中诚信国际公布评级报告，2019年滨海县城镇建设发展有限公司公司债券跟踪评级获“AAA”评级。
本次跟踪维持主体及债项上次评级结论，该债项级别充分考虑了江苏省信用再担保集团有限公司（以下简称“江苏信保集团”）提供的全额无条件不可撤销的连带责任保证担保。中诚信国际认为滨海县的经济财政实力较强，潜在的支持能力强；滨海县城镇建设发展有限公司（以下简称“滨海城发”或“公司”）为滨海县重要的基础设施建设主体，对滨海县政府的重要性较高，与滨海县政府维持高度的紧密关系。同时，需关注公司资金支出压力、资产流动性偏弱、债务规模快速增长以及或有负债风险等因素对其经营和整体信用状况造成的影响。
中诚信国际认为，滨海县城镇建设发展有限公司信用水平在未来12~18个月内将保持稳定。
