消息面上，7月1日，零跑汽车宣布与Stellantis集团附属公司正式签署二氧化碳积分转让协议，协议有效期自2025年6月30日至12月31日，涉及零跑汽车在欧盟及英国市场销售的纯电动(BEV)和增程式(REEV)车型产生的全部碳积分，交易金额年度上限为人民币15亿元。根据协议条款，碳积分定价机制参考市场供需关系协商确定，零跑汽车将每半年度向Stellantis开具发票，后者需在30日内完成支付。
据了解，目前Stellantis旗下Jeep、标致等品牌在欧洲市场仍以燃油车为主。根据欧盟《2035年禁售燃油车法案》，其2025年需将车队平均碳排放降至95gCO₂/km以下，缺口约120万个碳积分。此次交易可覆盖其年度需求的60%，避免约2.4亿欧元罚款。值得一提的是，自主品牌向外国品牌出售碳积分已不是个例，比亚迪、蔚来此前已向丰田、大众出售碳积分，而零跑此次绑定股东Stellantis，形成长期积分供应关系，商业模式更具可持续性。
