快科技7月2日消息，博主数码闲聊站爆料，三星代工生产了部分骁龙8 Elite 2芯片，工艺升级为三星SF2（2nm制程），套片报价比台积电3nm版本更低，明年可能会上线。

他还爆料，目前没有厂商采购三星2nm版骁龙8 Elite 2，高通主要供货的是台积电3nm版。

根据此前曝光的消息，今年9月登场的骁龙8 Elite 2基于台积电N3P工艺（台积电第三代3nm）制造，并采用第二代自研Oryon CPU架构，GPU独立缓存提升至16MB。

这是高通的主力出货版本，明年的三星版将采用SF2工艺，这是三星规划的首个2nm节点。

据悉，三星规划了多个2nm节点，包括SF2、SF2P、SF2X、SF2Z、SF2A等等，其中SF2今年正式量产，对比上代，新的工艺制程让性能提高了12%，能效提高了25%。

并且SF2采用GAA技术，中文名为"全环绕栅极"，三星称全环绕栅极（GAA）晶体管架构在性能和良率方面正日趋成熟。

最后值得一提的是，三星接下来要推出的Exynos 2600芯片也采用了2nm工艺，这是全球首款2nm手机芯片。
