摩根大通发表研究报告指，香港5月零售销售货值按年转升，是自去年2月以来首次，呈谷底反弹。当中，非必需消费品同样录得自去年1月以来首次正增长。摩通并不认为零售行业将会大幅复苏，但指出已现企稳迹象，并预期下半年的按年增速或会继续趋稳。该行将九龙仓置业的评级由“减持”上调至“增持”，目标价27.5港元，并将领展的目标价由43港元上调至49港元，续予“增持”评级。
