一份内部备忘录显示，高盛集团任命Raghav Maliah为投资银行业务全球董事长。

　　根据高盛发言人证实的这份备忘录，Maliah将继续担任亚太区并购业务联席主管以及亚太区（日本除外）科技、媒体和电信集团的主管。

　　高盛正将其在亚太地区的投资银行业务合并为一个实体，以加强咨询和资本市场执行力。该行正在整合日本、澳大利亚和新西兰以及除日本以外的亚洲地区团队，组建一个统一的亚太投行业务，由Iain Drayton领导。

　　Maliah于2000年加入高盛担任助理，2006年被任命为董事总经理，2010年成为合伙人。
