长盈集团（控股）(00689.HK) 公布，其间接全资附属EP Resources Corporation于6月30日与BRW(开采权益拥有者)作为营运者订立协议，据此，EP Resources Corporation拟参与及购入BRW位于加拿大艾伯塔省卡尔加里东北面约450公里的Provost地区的权益，以获取该油井的权益，并须向BRW支付129.8万加元(约740万港元)油井成本，指钻探、完井、测试、设备安装及投产或弃置该油井的100%成本。
在获得监管批准、钻机可用及地表接入许可的前提下，BRW须于2025年7月31日(或双方另行书面同意的其他日期)或之前开钻该油井，回收期前EP Resources Corporation于该油井的开采权益为70%，BRW为30%。回收期后EP Resources Corporation于该油井的开采权益为50%，BRW为50%。
油井成本预期将由集团内部财务资源拨付，当中包括配售新股所得款项净额。(hc/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
