在围绕总统的这项《美丽大法案》进行的紧张谈判的最后几个小时里，支持加密货币的参议员和行业政策领导人争分夺秒，试图将一项修正案纳入法案，其中包括长期争取的加密税收优惠条款，受益对象包括质押者、矿工、持有大量加密资产的企业以及普通数字资产用户。
