新地(00016.HK) 早前就元朗锦壆路一幅原规划作低密度发展的地皮，申请改划为中密度的“住宅(丙类)1”地带，预计兴建2,322个分层住宅单位。规划署表示原则上不反对，申请将于明日(4日)交由城规会审议，预计获“开绿灯”的机会大。
