其士集团(00025.HK) 创办人周亦卿2018年病逝，家族爆出争产诉讼，五女周蕙蕙及六女周薇薇一方今申请向法庭呈堂新增专家报告的许可，当中包括肝胆胰外科专科医生卢宠茂为周亦卿进行癌症手术前取得许可的事实陈述。法官欧阳浩荣表示需时考虑，将于3个月内颁布书面判词。
被告方申请援引专家报告，撰写人包括脑神经专科医生何定国及肝胆胰外科专科医生卢宠茂。被告方指何定国医生的报告将支持周亦卿在中风前具备立遗嘱的精神能力，并会提供当时的磁力共振扫描(MRI)作为佐证，而卢宠茂医生曾为周亦卿进行癌症手术，卢在术前曾向周亦卿说明手术的目的、步骤等详请，以取得周亦卿的手术同意书，但当时周亦卿表示他有更重要的事情(即订立遗嘱)需要先做，故他希望押后手术日期。
周亦卿生前先后订立了4份遗嘱，2015年最后一份遗嘱分配其士国际逾1.89亿股、即62.76%股权予五女周蕙蕙，其余遗产分配予周亦卿的妻子及其他五名儿女。长女周莉莉2019年入禀高院控告五女周蕙蕙及六女周薇薇，质疑2015年遗嘱不实无效，认为周亦卿立遗嘱时不知情或因中风而无精神行为能力。(ss/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
