近日，又一家港股SPACVISION DEAL-Z正式退市。这家SPAC公司由阿里巴巴前高管、嘉御资本创始人兼董事长卫哲等人发起成立，因未能在规定期限内完成De-SPAC，只能退市。值得注意是，自港交所2022年正式启动SPAC上市规则后，仅在2022年当年就有5家港股SPAC公司上市，此后至今未有新的SPAC公司上市。而在这5家公司中，目前仅有2家公司成功De-SPAC，两家退市，尚有一家“待交卷”。
