金吾财讯 | 万国数据(09698)股价走高，截至发稿，涨6.02%，报29.95港元，成交额4720.49万港元。万国数据公布，其南方万国数据中心封闭式基础设施证券投资基金(C-REIT)于上海证券交易所首次公开披露的最终发售价已厘定为每份额3元人民币（单位下同），乃于机构询价获超额认购166倍完成后厘定。C-REIT将发行合共8亿隐捐款，相当于IPO完成后已发行捐款的100%。C-REIT将预募捐款24亿元。万国数据指，按最终发售价计算，隐含EV/EBITDA为16.9倍，每份额含括为5.2%。该集团将成交协议，向C-REIT出售一家持有总企业价值约23.2亿元的数据中心资产项目公司100%股权。出售完成后，万国数据将收取净现金所得款项约21.1亿元，拨款补助约6200万元的净债务及万国数据将再投资4.8亿元以认购首次公开公开中C-REIT所发行捐款的20%。万国数据将根据与转让予C-REIT的项目公司认购的服务协议，继续运营及管理相关数据中心资产，该集团将收取经常性年度费用收入约500万元。
