金吾财讯 | 光伏太阳能延续升势，信义能源(03868)涨49.57%，协鑫新能源(00451)涨2.44%，卡姆丹克太阳能(00712)涨2.33%，信义玻璃(00868)、信义光能(00968)均涨1.09%。6月29日人民日报在头版发表评论文章《在破除“内卷式”竞争中实现高质量发展》。文章开头即点名光伏内卷，并直指困境成因。交银国际表示，中央财经委员会第六次会议7月1日召开。会议强调，依法依规治理企业低价无序竞争，推动落后产能有序退出。去年7月召开的中央政治局会议曾指出“要强化行业自律，防止‘内卷式’恶性竞争。强化市场优胜劣汰机制，畅通落后低效产能退出渠道”。相比之下，本次对推动落后产能退出的表述更加积极，并直击地方招商引资这一对产能过剩起到推波助澜作用的痛点。该机构认为本次提出的措施更具针对性，也具备更强的可操作性和实际效力。该机构指，政策支持下光伏供给侧有望迎转机：以上政策密集吹风，该机构认为反映中央对光伏行业目前困境的重视程度进一步提高，也已深刻了解困境成因并决心解决，后续针对性的实质性政策有望出台，光伏供给侧将迎转机。行业自律层面，据SMM报道，近日中国内地头部光伏玻璃企业计划自7月开始集体减产30%，预计后续光伏玻璃产量将快速下滑(预计7月将降至45GW)，供需失衡状况将获改善。
