Carbon Revolution plc held its annual general meeting on June 30, 2025. During the meeting, several proposals were considered by shareholders. Dale McKee was re-elected to the board of directors as a Class I director. Jacqueline Dedo was also re-elected to the board as a Class I director. The appointment of KPMG as the independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, was ratified, and the board was authorized to fix the remuneration. The appointment of KPMG as the Irish statutory auditor for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, was also ratified, with authorization for the board to fix the remuneration. All proposals were approved by the shareholders.
