St George Mining Says New Phase of Geophysical Work Begins at Brazil Niobium-Rare Earth Elements Project

St George Mining (ASX:SGQ) said a new phase of geophysical work began at its Araxá niobium-rare earth elements project in Brazil, to identify enriched zones of mineralization and structures that are a control on mineralization, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.

It will use the results from the work to identify enriched zones of mineralization and structures that are a control on mineralization.

An airborne high-resolution magnetic survey is underway, and a horizontal-to-vertical spectral ratio passive seismic survey will begin in the coming weeks.

Its shares fell 2% in recent trading on Wednesday.
