<汇港通讯> 万洲国际(00288)宣布旗下子公司欧洲生鲜猪肉、家禽和肉制品供应商 Morliny Foods，已完成收购波兰干湿宠物食品生产商 Pupil Foods Ltd.(“Pupil Foods”)。
Morliny Foods 此次通过波兰子公司 Animex Foods 进行的这一收购是其战略的关键一步，旨在实现产品组合的多样化并加强在欧洲蓬勃发展的宠物食品市场的布局。
