7月2日，鞭牛士获悉，6月30日，武汉世纪百捷网络科技有限公司（下称世纪百捷）发布公告，称公司计划依法启动清算程序。
世纪百捷在公告中表示：“随着百度渠道模式的变革与百捷的业务合作即将终止，我们失去了收入来源，公司运营陷入了无法挽回的困境。”
世界百捷称已竭尽全力寻求各种可能的解决方案，但未能找到足以支撑公司持续发展的新业务方向。
鞭牛士搜索发现，世纪百捷官网显示其成立于2003年，曾拥有1000多名员工。
世纪百捷也在官网提到，自己是百度营销在湖北地区的总代理，立足湖北，辐射华中地区，多年来一直致力于帮助客户通过互联网打造品牌，高效实现数字化营销服务，年产值近二十亿元。
企查查界面显示，其2024年有员工289人。
而对于这些员工的安排，世纪百捷在公告中也有涉及，其表示全体员工的薪资将发放至2025年6月30日。
并且郑重承诺将严格遵循相关法律法规及清算程序，但因为有些应收账款还需要时间收回，拟在90天内积极制定员工安置方案，并就此方案与各位同仁进行充分沟通协商。
