澳门励骏(01680.HK) 公布，为解决流动性问题，公司已成功与银行就8,550万元之未偿还银行贷款达成并执行贷款变更协议。该协议将全部未偿还贷款本金的还款期延至明年10月。对于余下未偿还银行贷款总额约20亿元，公司亦于6月3日与银行签订一项贷款变更协议，当中规定一项融资重组安排，包括自今年2月至明年8月连续19个月每月偿还本金100万元、将拖欠的未偿还贷款本金及将于今年到期的分期付款延期至明年9月及余下未偿还贷款本金按计划于2027年9月前全部偿还，并实施监督条款，以加强对资金流动性的监管。
此外，考虑 到即将于明年1月1日生效的澳门博彩法律法规修订的任何潜在影响，公司及银行预期将于明年4月之前开始进一步磋商，以实施并最终确定当时未偿还分期付款的长期解决方案。(hc/j)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
