美东时间周二，灰度的数位大盘股基金（GDLC）获得美国证券交易委员会（SEC）批准转化为ETF，此举有助于山寨币现货ETF的通过。
GDLC是一种混合加密基金，不仅包括比特币（BTC）、以太币（ETH），还有其他山寨币比如索拉纳（SOL）、瑞波币（XRP）以及雪崩币（AVAX）。目前，已经有许多发行商针对这些山寨币向SEC申请现货ETF，GDLC获批也预示着监管态度更加友好，这是一个积极讯号。
此外，根据加密记者 Eleanor Terrett 揭露，SE正与各交易平台合作制定加密货币 ETF通用上市标准，发行人可跳过 19b-4 流程直接提交 S-1 文件，随后等待75天交易平台即可上线，这样可能刺激大量山寨币现货ETF诞生。
