智通财经APP获悉，狮腾控股(02562)涨超8%，截至发稿，涨8.52%，报20.9港元，成交额6974.23万港元。
消息面上，狮腾控股此前公布，以先旧后新形式配售923.95万股，所得款项净额为1.12亿港元，公司拟用于加快扩充业务；合并及收购、合营企业以及战略投资及联盟，尤其是集中于人工智能、大数据及科技行业的目标或项目；及其他一般企业用途。
此外，狮腾控股近日宣布，公司计划收购一家中国SaaS企业，该企业专注于为商业机构提供全渠道数字化商务、智慧零售及供应链解决方案，在中国SaaS市场占据重要地位。狮腾控股表示，此次收购将为公司带来变革性协同效益，不仅能即时接触目标公司庞大的企业客户网络，更可通过整合双方技术优势，打造尖端的AI驱动Saas平台。合并后将拥有中国及东南亚最大的多渠道商贸大数据湖仓之一，有望在快速增长的数字化转型市场中抢占先机。
