智通财经APP获悉，因招募受试者困难，辉瑞公司(PFE.US)已终止了靶向CD47的候选药物maplirpacept的二期临床试验。该药物是这家制药巨头于2021年8月以22.6亿美元收购Trillium Therapeutics时获得的核心资产。
根据ClinicalTrials.gov网站上该试验页面的更新信息："试验终止是由于无法招募到计划数量的受试者。该决定并非基于任何安全性和/或有效性问题。"页面显示，试验取消时仅招募到6名参与者。
这项二期试验原本旨在评估maplirpacept联合Monjuvi(tafasitamab)和Revlimid(来那度胺)治疗弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤的效果。目前，maplirpacept针对多发性骨髓瘤的一期临床试验仍在进行中。
