煤气(00003.HK) 宣布，与佛燃能源共同设立合资公司VENEX，各自持股50%，同时煤气公司把位于内蒙古鄂尔多斯市的绿色甲醇厂内蒙古易高煤化科技有限公司注入VENEX公司，携手扩大绿色甲醇生产规模，推动能源转型。
煤气公司与佛燃能源于2024年签署了合作框架协议，双方同意共同设立投资平台，在全国包括内蒙古自治区、粤港澳大湾区、海南省等地投资及建设绿色甲醇生产基地，目标年产能达100万吨。今次把绿色甲醇厂注入VENEX，标志双方实现扩大产能的重要一步。VENEX将充分利用大湾区航运枢纽的地利优势，以及既有的生产、管理、营运经验，做大做强绿色甲醇产业。(ha/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-06-30 16:25。)
