中国能源建设(03996.HK) 公布，宋海良因工作调动原因，辞任董事长、执行董事、董事会战略委员会主任、提名委员会主任及联交所上市规则第3.05条项下的授权代表职务，已自6月30日起生效。辞任后，宋海良将不再担任公司任何职务。
