Odaily星球日报讯 纳斯达克上市公司 Bit Digital 周二表示，因承销商行使超额配售权，从上周的公开发行中额外购入 1125 万股股票，公司因此额外筹得 2140 万美元资金，用于支持其以太坊储备计划。此次超额配售权全部行使后，本次交易总发行规模增至 8625 万股，净筹资额约达 1.629 亿美元。Bit Digital 将利用这笔资金购入以太坊，并推动战略转型，逐步退出比特币挖矿业务。今年 6 月，这家同时涉足挖矿与质押业务的企业曾宣布，将逐步关停比特币挖矿业务，转而聚焦以太坊领域。截至 2025 年一季度末，Bit Digital 已持有 24434.2 枚 ETH（价值约 5980 万美元）。其股价在消息公布后盘后上涨近 4%，市值升至 5.94 亿美元。（The Block）
