智通财经APP讯，思路迪医药股份(01244)发布公告，2025年6月30日，公司董事会批准与青岛海诺签署《战略合作协议》。根据该协议，公司及其附属公司同意向青岛海诺支付合计人民币9800万元对价，青岛海诺则同意解除保全令。双方进一步约定：若后续就民事裁定达成确定的和解金额，前述保证金将从该和解金额中予以抵扣。
公告称，青岛市中级人民法院发布的财产保全令对集团部分银行账户及╱或等值资产施加限制，影响财务灵活性及运营效率。解除保全令可使集团恢复使用被冻结资产，从而提升流动性、确保日常运营顺畅，并促进境内资金调拨至境外实体，增强现金流，为持续经营提供必要支持，同时巩固公司财务稳定性。
通过订立本协议，集团可积极应对民事裁定引发的争议。该协议明确了法律纠纷的解决路径，减少因诉讼拖延导致的不确定性及风险，包括对集团声誉及财务状况的潜在影响。
