曝iPhone 18系列升级2nm芯片：苹果迈入2nm时代
快科技7月2日消息，今年9月苹果将推出iPhone 17系列，最新消息显示，iPhone 17将是苹果最后使用3nm芯片的数字系列机型。
博主数码闲聊站爆料，明年的A20、A20 Pro都将升级台积电2nm工艺，这意味着苹果将迈入2nm时代。
据悉，明年下半年登场的是iPhone 18系列新品，该系列首发搭载苹果A20、A20 Pro芯片，是苹果首款使用2nm芯片的机型。
目前台积电已在试产2nm，位于新竹和高雄的两大工厂将是2nm工艺制程的主要生产基地，预计今年下半年正式进入全面量产阶段。
在前期试产中，台积电已经做到了高达60%的良率表现，待两大工厂同步投产之后，月产能将攀升至5万片晶圆。
对比上代，台积电2nm芯片的晶体管数量增加了15%，在相同功率下性能提升15%，爆料还称台积电每片晶圆的报价高达30000美元，如果苹果A20系列采用2nm制程来制造，必然将推高手机成本，不排除iPhone 18系列涨价的可能。
