MW Actress Bella Thorne lists colorful Topanga home for $4 million
By Lisa Johnson Mandell
The home sits on a 10-acre property, and many of the bedrooms are showpieces with brilliant pops of color.
Former child star Bella Thorne has put her vibrant hilltop villa on the market for $3.99 million-six years after purchasing the elegant abode and giving it a whimsical makeover.
Today, the lavish six-bedroom, seven-bathroom Topanga, Calif., mansion is awash in a kaleidoscope of color, much of it coming from splashy faux flowers and greenery artistically arranged throughout the property.
One of the first sights to greet guests as they enter the abode is a colorful archway of flowers designed by florist Kristen Alpaugh, who worked with Thorne to create the spectacular installation. It stretches up the dual staircase and around a statement chandelier above the foyer.
The installation also features painted butterflies that are displayed on the walls, among the flowers.
And that is far from the only floral feature in the dwelling-which Thorne purchased in 2019 for $3.3 million.
A tree in the spacious yard of the 10-acre property blooms year-round with colorful faux buds, and it also holds two swings. For added whimsy, the tree is the centerpiece of an "Alice in Wonderland"-style checkerboard of tile and grass.
In addition, there's a sun-filled lounge with a wooden bar covered in ivy, which also covers the ceiling and walls.
Over the past six years, Thorne has shared pictures and videos of herself at home. One clip shows her whipping up drinks in the bar area, while others show her posing up a storm in front of her bedroom fireplace.
Thorne can also be seen on Instagram playing bartender in her designer kitchen, which features a dazzling Madre Perla quartzite island, a Wolf range, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, and dual dishwashers.
The spacious kitchen is also accented with rich hardwood flooring, stone design elements, solid alder doors, and dual-pane windows.
Many of the bedrooms are showpieces with their brilliant pops of color. One features sunrise pastel walls and an angelic ceiling mural, and another is swathed in bluish gray and gold marble print paper on the walls and ceiling.
But perhaps the most arresting room features walls wrapped in pink and red, giving it a very cozy vibe. A desk with digital production equipment near the fireplace signals that this could double as a podcast/photo/recording studio.
Thorne has been in show business since she was about 10, when she appeared in the TV series "Dirty Sexy Money" for two seasons. Many TV series were to follow, some of them family-oriented such as the Disney $(DIS)$ Channel's "Shake It Up," co-starring Zendaya.

She's also appeared in a number of films, many of them horror-oriented, including the "Babysitter" franchise.
She's even had a recording career, with a couple of singles hitting the charts, and is the author of the popular YA trilogy "Autumn Falls."
Thorne purchased her current home for $3.3 million in 2019, and then listed it for rent for $16,000 a month in 2020.

Somewhere along the way, thanks to OnlyFans, her finances blossomed along with her home decor. Variety reports that in August 2020, Thorne joined OnlyFans and became the first person to earn $1 million in the first 24 hours of joining the platform. She went on to earn $2 million in less than a week.
The following year, she was reported to be the second-highest-earning content creator on the platform, bringing in close to $11 million a month, according to Statista.
But not all the rooms in her home seem like flower-filled video sets, although they are vibrantly colored. The main house spans over 7,000 square feet and contains five en suite bedrooms.

The grand living room has a double-height ceiling, arched windows, French doors, robin's-egg blue wall, a purple tufted bar, and a pink, lavender, and fuchsia pool table.
A family room features a wall covered with black-and-white headshots of movie stars, and a cloudlike light fixture floats above the marble and mirrored fireplace.
A lavender-walled dining room has an impressive sliding glass door with a stately metal tree motif. It opens to a backyard with an expansive lawn, pebble-sheen pool and spa with a cascading waterfall, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue facilities, a picturesque gazebo, and a fire-pit lounge.

In addition, there's a 945-square-foot guesthouse with an en suite bedroom, a sizable living room, a kitchen, and a two-car garage.
The property is very private, accessed via a gated private road up the hill that leads to a stately, paved, circular driveway. The views from the top are astounding.

Perhaps that view inspired Thorne's latest career turn. The same year she bought the property, she partnered with the website Pornhub and made her directorial debut on the adult film "Her & Him," which won several genre awards.
It will be interesting to see where Thorne lands after leaving an aerie like this. If her businesses continue to flourish, it's a good bet her new home will be even more exciting.
