快科技7月2日消息，今日，中国电信自主品牌麦芒系列新机——麦芒40正式开售，售价1999元起，新机主打AI智能与普及卫星通信。
据了解，由于卫星通话功能技术复杂、成本高昂，该功能之前只在大多高端旗舰机上配备。
麦芒40是同档唯一做到全系标配天通卫星通信功能的手机，用户在无地面网络信号的情况下，依然可以向外界发送信息、拨打电话。
配合X键，麦芒40还首次支持一键搜星连星功能。
此外，购买麦芒40可获得卫星专属权益卡，用户可兑换一年直连卫星功能服务及50分钟卫星通话、50条卫星短信权益。
据悉，麦芒40首发搭载基于中国电信自研智能体平台研发的星小辰终端智能体，支持AI通话、AI办公、AI生活等。
核心配置上，该机搭载高通骁龙4 Gen 2领先版处理器，正面是一块6.7英寸OLED直屏，首次搭载5000万RYYB镜头，内置6100mAh电池，支持40W有线快充。
