路透7月3日 - Synopsys SNPS.O 和 Cadence Design Systems CDNS.O 股价周四盘前交易中大涨，此前美国取消对华芯片设计软件出口限制，标志着世界两大经济体之间的贸易紧张局势有所缓和。
这两家公司以及德国西门子(Siemens)SIEGn.DE, SIEGn.DE表示，将恢复向中国客户提供电子设计自动化（EDA）工具。
Synopsys和Cadence在美国盘前交易分别上涨5.9%和5.4%，西门子在法兰克福市场上涨1.3%。
据中国新华社4月报导，这三家公司总共控制着中国EDA市场70%以上的份额。
EDA软件对于设计智能手机、汽车和计算设备中使用的半导体至关重要。
美国商务部还取消了今年早些时候实施的对华乙烷出口许可要求。(完)
